Hotel Spring Break Policy: The hotel will not accept any Spring Break groups. If the hotel does make an exception the following policy will be strictly applied: Students / youth are considered by the hotel as anyone between 16 and 23 years old. They will be required to sign a responsibility letter agreeing to leave the hotel if there is a disruption. Upon check in each student / youth will be required to leave cash deposit of $400 per person - no exceptions and cash only. Minimum age requirement for hotel check in is 18. Any guests under the age of 18 will require a chaperone. 1 chaperone is required per 3 students / youth under the age of 18. Minimum age for a chaperone is 28. Legal drinking age in the DR is 18. Any guests under 18 will be given a wrist band that will not allow them to have access to alcohol at any venue and will also not allow them in the disco. All guests are required to wear wristbands. The cost for a lost wristband is $250 - no exceptions. The hotel does reserve the right to ask any student / youth to check out of the property if the hotel policies are not fulfilled without the right to a refund for the remaining nights of the reservation.
