Pool: The pool was huge, beautiful, and very clean.

Beach: Beaches were a little rocky but once you get to the sunset beach area it's much better.

Food/Drink: The buffets were wonderful, the restaurants needed a little work except the steakhouse which was great!

I liked the private pools for when you wanted to get away from the crowd. This has been the best resort I have gone to so far. Everyone was extremely friendly, food was excellent, and the drinks were free. I don't think it gets better. - Jake j

Pool: Pool very large and the water was clean and also I love the the huts id you want to relax.

Beach: We did not go to the beach because there were rocks and it was a little way from the hotel.

Food/Drink: The food was very tasty and not too spicy which was good for mee and also the pina colada was very delicious.

Accommodations: I never expected the room to be so beautiful.

Service: Service was very good andd the workers were very courteous and pleasant.

Beach: Sandy and rocky--excellent snorkling in the cove made to break the waves-great areas for pictures

Accommodations: We had a beautiful room on the 3rd florr building 13-not to far--from all the action-beds were great-comfortable-very clean

Pool: They ran out of towels very early in the day. Also the post signs for not saving seats but everyone did.

Beach: The beach bar was very crowded & difficult to get a drink because there were so many people out on the beach

Food/Drink: Food & drink was very good. Long wait for a table to dinner time.

Entertainment: The shows were not good. I would have prefered reggae or anything Jamaican.

Accommodations: Check in was very slow especially when you are tired & hot from traveling.

Service: Everyone was friendly & helpful.

We loved the Grand Palladium and have recommeded both it and Dream Vacations to our friends. We found Dream Vacations to be knowlegable, pleasant, and very patient and they made the perfect suggestion. - Jannese

Pool: Numberous children were cut so badly on the loose tiles in the pool they required stiches. Would not allow our children to use the pool.

Pool: Some visitors saved lounge chairs, making it impossible to lay pool side, unless you reserved a lounge at 6:00am in the morning.
