What is the cheapest time of year to travel? view answer

The cheapest time of year to travel is usually going to be in late September through mid November. Also, flying out during the middle of the week is almost always cheaper than flying on weekends.

I can go anywhere warm with a beach and I can go just about any time. I need the best price, where and when should I go? view answer

Since we only offer beach vacations anywhere we send you will be warm with a beach so you can narrow search down to either Mexico or the Caribbean. If you are looking for the best price and can go any time, the cheapest months to travel are September and October, the cheapest days to travel will usually be departing on a weekday. The lowest price destination will vary but in Mexico, Cozumel is a good start and in the Caribbean Punta Cana is a good place to start looking.

What’s the weather like at that time of year? view answer

The best way to find this out is to go to www.weather.com and enter the name of the destination you want to travel to and remember that the forecast cannot necessarily be counted on.

What is a Charter Flight? view answer

In addition to flights on major scheduled air carriers from departure cities nationwide, we offer Charter flights through our tour operators such as Apple Vacations and Funjet Vacations. These Charter flights are exclusive and only fly to the most popular sun destinations from over 20 US departure cities. Destination options such as Cancun, Punta Cana, Jamaica and more.

Charter flights are filled exclusively with other vacationers, traveling to the same destination. These flights are typically non-stop, with schedules that allow you to spend more time in resort. In most cases, one of the biggest benefits to our Charter flights is that your vacation package price is generally considerably less than other comparabel airlines. We use airlines such as USA3000, Sun Country, Air Tran, JetBlue, Alaska Airlines and Aeromexico.

Is it safe to go there? view answer

When traveling out of the country there are always precautions you can take to ensure your safety as well as simply using common sense. The areas we offer are all safe areas and security is usually on site at every resort we offer as well and it is always good to check at www.travel.state.gov

Do you offer any extra discounts, such as military, airline employees, AARP, AAA, seniors? view answer

Since the prices we offer are already discounted to whole sale prices, our vendors do not offer any additional discounts.

How do I get my travel documents? view answer

Our travel documents are very quick and easy. We will send you your travel documents via email within 48 hours of your purchase, in many cases they will be emailed to you the same day your final payment is applied.

What does all inclusive mean? view answer

All inclusive mean's that the resort you are going to will provide your meals, drinks, and non-motorized water sports such as snorkeling or windsurfing. All inclusive does not mean that airfare is included, that is what we call a vacation package.

How far in advance should I book my vacation or should I wait until the last minute? view answer

In almost all cases, the further in advance the better off you are. The myth of waiting until the last minute thinking you will get a better deal is very rare. The reason for this is because as seats on a plane sell, the next seats become more expensive for the next person who books the same flight. Therefore, those who book sooner usually get better prices. No one wants to wait until tomorrow to book just to pay more for the same vacation you could have gotten today.

Can I make any special requests for my reservation? view answer

Yes you can. Special requests will always be based on availability at the time of check in but we will be more than happy to add special requests to your reservation at the time of booking to try and help make your wishes come true. Be sure to express your requests to your reservation agent while on the phone.

What’s the difference between booking online versus calling in and speaking to someone? view answer

The biggest difference is that you will never be able to ask the computer questions. Even if you find what you are looking for online you can still call and have a professional set your vacation up because the price IS THE EXACT SAME! We won't charge you a booking fee for calling in and making your reservation, we encourage you to call so that we can help you make sure that you are getting exactly what you want at the price you saw online.

Where can I travel without a passport? view answer

Out of the areas we offer, you can travel to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands without a passport. Just about every all inclusive resort destination will require a passport and to do so you can go to www.travel.state.gov to obtain the most updated passport information and requirements.

What happens if I have to cancel my trip? view answer

You will need to call your vacation specialist in order to obtain this information but without purchasing insurance on your vacation your trip could be fully non-refundable.

How long is this price valid? view answer

The price you are seeing online or the price that was given to you by your reservation specialist is only good at that time. Prices can and will change constantly, sometimes even while you are looking at it. Our advice is that if you see the price you like, don't hesitate in booking, you could regret it.

Can I use miles/points to pay for flights? view answer

Yes, you can use miles or points by booking your flight with the airline directly. We will then book your hotel reservation and in many cases still provide you with FREE ground transfers to and from the airport to hotel. In most cases the hotel cost will be the same with or without flights included.

Can I book adjacent rooms? view answer

Not usually. There are some resorts that offer adjoining room bookings so be sure to ask your reservation specialist about these resorts. In most cases we can request adjoining rooms for you at the time of booking but keep in mind that adjoining rooms can only be guaranteed at the time of check in so they will be based on availability. So, give us a call to help you make this request a possibility.

Do my kids/infant need passports? view answer

Yes, all passengers regardless of age will need to have a passport where passports are required. You can again obtain passport information by going to www.travel.state.gov.

Can I hold this for 24 hrs? view answer

This will depend on the type of reservation you are making. If your travel date falls within the next 30 to 45 days, you will most likely not be able to hold your reservation over night. Also, if you are wanting to book a flight on a commercial airline such as American, Continental, Delta, United, etc. these tickets are usually only able to be held up until the end of business that very same day. Ask your reservation specialist when you call.

Do you have any specials? view answer

Yes, we do have many specials. You can find these specials right on our website by clicking on the "Last Minute Specials" tab. We offer specials on just about every package available because each resort will have a different price for different times of the year. We have no way of knowing every special out there but if you take the time to price your vacation on our website first, you will have a better idea of what may be out there.

Are there any all inclusive resorts in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Florida? view answer

No, there are no all inclusive resorts currently in Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Florida. Hopefully some day there will be but as of now there are none.

When is peak/Hurricane season? view answer

Hurricane season usually starts in June and goes through November so it could really happen at any time. We advise buying insurance for your vacation package if you are planning on traveling during this time frame just in case you have to cancel for any reason, including a hurricane.

If the price goes down will you honor the lower price? view answer

In some cases yes. We want you to get the price out there but in order to look for a price match, you must have insurance purchased with your vacation. Be sure to ask your vacation specialist about this when you call to book your vacation.

Can I make a deposit or do I have to pay in full today? view answer

In many cases you can simply pay a deposit instead of the full price of the vacation. Final payments are always due 45 days prior to your departure date so if you are traveling in the next 45 days, yes you will need to pay in full.

Can I pay with a check? view answer

Deposits cannot be paid for by check since the airlines and tour providers require immediate payment in order to confirm your reservation for the price listed. Prices change on a pretty consistent basis so it's best to book early. You can in most cases pay your final balance with a certified cashier's check as long as we receive your check at least 10 business days prior to your final payment due date.
