I recently had the opportunity to visit the one-of-a-kind luxury of the Sandals Royal Bahamian, in Nassau, Bahamas. No matter where I chose to relax, day or night, it felt private and secluded. In one of the most magical evenings I’ve ever had in a resort we were whisked away to Sandals’ very own private island via ferry right from their beach. Once on the island, there was a fantastic dinner complete with tiki torches, fire dances, pool party, live music, and swimming. You could hang with the crowd and enjoy the entertainment or venture around the island on your own for some quiet time. Where else do you have free rein over an entire island?!Upon our return to the “main land” we enjoyed a stroll down the pier where there were bonfires set up along the beach. I’m convinced there is no better way to be lulled to sleep than sitting on the beach with someone you love, listening only to the crackling of a fire and the gentle waves lapping upon the pristine beach. If an evening can reach perfection, this is it.
