Pool: Very clean and appealing to use.

Beach: Very beautiful...plenty of chairs...beach raked each morning. Can't complain about a thing.

Accommodations: Was very satisfied with room and bed...they offered a down pillow top type thing to put on top of mattress...which helped a lot!

Food/Drink: Lots of variety on the buffets and nice speciality restaurants. Appreciated that they were mostly air conditioned!

Entertainment: Fun option for the night time!

Accommodations: Very nice spacious room.

Service: Service was excellent. The only comment would be the pool bar was typically busy during certain times and created a long wait for a drink.

Overall: We all had fun! Kids and Adults and we loved the shopping center too. Didn't have to leave the site - not even to shop.

This is the best place to take children. The waterpark is the largest with the most variety. The kids club was great. I can easily see us returning here year after year! - Stephanie

Pool: Very nice pools with cool decks, so no burning feet! No towel cards make life alot easier.

Beach: Beautiful beaches off beach snorkeling-large fish, sea turtle. Plenty lounge chairs. Never had a tough time finding a lounge chair.

Food/Drink: Staff very accomodating, if you don't like like the food here, you're just plain unsatisfiable.

Entertainment: With full days of outdoor fun, we were in bed early. Theatre looked great.

Accommodations: Bedding could use updating, but the object of vacation is to only sleep in tthe room.
