Beach: The beach was outstanding. We did not have to get up to get a drink. The servers would come to us.

Entertainment: We were amazed how the entertainers would go to extra length to entertain us. The Violonist in the lobby was top.

Service: I have never experienced such courtesy. The service is the best.

Service: There is not enough words to say how the service as just fabulous. All staff on board to help and make vacations for all just great.

Overall: Don't know where they might improve. Beauty of the Riu Palace and grounds is outstanding and then excellent food and service.

Beach: fabulous. really enjoyed the palm trees that provided shade from the hot sun. also very clean and well kept.

Food/Drink: mediocre at best. desserts were uninspirng and unappetizing. food was lukewarm at the buffet.

Entertainment: horrible. same games over and over again.staff must do way better to engage folks with a variety of activities.

Accommodations: nice room except i had trouble receiving calls from the US. the line would drop from the front desk to the room.

Service: the international language of business is english. ALL front desk folks should be FLUENT in english. this was CLEARLY not the case!

Overall: wonderful. would come back again to dream vacations to book my next vacation!

Food/Drink: The food was delicious. However, the problem was getting up early to make dinner reservations. Need a new system!

Entertainment: Would have preferred a quieter, more intimate setting. Riu was more for those who like to stay up late & party.

Accommodations: Very disappointed by the extreme firmness of the mattresses. Need to upgrade to premium matresses.

Service: Extremely friendly especially the front desk. Wonderful staff!
