In one word this hotel is GRAND! Just 20 minutes north of Playa Del Carmen, Mexico Champagne and cold towels will greet you as you enter the marble floored lobby. This brand new Adults Only (18+) resort is the latest and most prestigious to the Iberostar family with its breathtaking Neo-Classic design. Every room is a spacious junior suite and is equipped with a jacuzzi for two.

Iberostars have always been recognized for their International cuisine and the Iberostar Grand Paraiso is no exception. Four specialty restaurants include Italian, Gourmet, Tepanyaki/Teriaki and Steak/Seafood dishes which will delight your palate. All drinks are premium brands and available 24-hours. Iberostar´s renonwed five-star all-inclusive service applies throughout Playa Paraiso´s entire 18 hole / 6,800 yards layout, where golfers can order on-course food and beverages. The gracious golf clubhouse stocks only the best rental equipment from Nike, Titleist and Mizuno. Both the driving range and practice green are lit up during the balmy nights so golfers can work on theirs swing in the moonlight. This might prove to be the best way to practice for your round on one of PB Dye´s toughest designs. Be aware however, one or two buckets of balls at the range may not be enough to conquer this DYEabolical design.

Overall: This the first all inclusive we arranged and I am glad we did. It exceeded all our expectations. I can't wait to come back for another visit

Pool: beautiful. pool bar was fun, fun bartenders

Beach: nice to be catered to on the beach also

Food/Drink: specialty restaurants were not great. other guests said the same thing. buffets were fabulous, esp. breakfast.

Service: friendly and helpful

Entertainment: ver y nicely done, too bad you do not sell dvd's of some of your performances, it would of made a nice memory keepsake.

Accommodations: Enjoy ed the room slept in late everyday, the house keepers were very friendly and courtious.

Service: Another A+, the pool staff were great, especially the morning crew.

Overall: I will visit again the first chance I get, maybe have a chance to get a beach view.

Pool: Very clean, bartenders at pool bar were GREAT!!! Excellent service from everyone, even the towel and games staff.

Beach: Beautiful!! SOOOOOOOOOO clean and the staff at the beach were GREAT!! They saw to every need. Cold towels and wait staff, great amenity.

Food/Drink: The food was a much better than trip in Aug. They have listened to comments from their guests.

Entertainment: Much better than other hotels we have stayed in. The Big Band night needs to be replaced.

Accommodations: Extremely clean!!! Staff saw to every need immediately. Mainentance was quick and efficient in replace door lock.

Service: The butler & concierege were very helpful and quick to help with every question. The bellman were exceptional. Fabulous attitude.

Overall: WONDERFUL VACATION!!! hOPE TO RETURN NEXT YEAR!!

Entertainment: We didn't go when first there, these shows usually are not good - this was different and more than we expected.
